Sharp & Carter partner with a reputable Australian manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced HR leader to head the people function on-site at a key regional operation in WA. You will partner with site leaders to drive workforce performance, ER/IR, culture, engagement and capability development within a standalone HR role.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, succession and workforce planning, while coaching leaders through employee relations and investigations.

Qualifications

• Prior HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, agriculture, logistics or related operations.
• Strong generalist HR capability across the employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated employee and industrial relations experience.
• Confidence interpreting enterprise agreements and employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and practical advisory skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with site leaders across manufacturing, warehousing, quality and operations.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Support onboarding, performance management and talent development.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, conduct and performance matters.
• Lead workplace investigations and disciplinary processes when required.
• Analyse workforce metrics and report labour costs and HR data.
• Maintain positive union relationships and apply agreements.
• Provide advice on policies, procedures and HR best practice.
• Support engagement, retention and culture-building across the site.
