Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across Consumer ANZ, shaping people strategies that deliver commercial results and business performance. You will help evolve the People & Culture function from tactical delivery to strategic partnership in a fast-growing, values-led environment.

This hybrid role focuses on strategic partnership, workforce planning and change initiatives, with strong ER/IR governance, and a clear path to impact

Qualificações

• Proven HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in workforce planning, organisational design and change.
• Sound ER/IR knowledge and relevant employment legislation.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies aligning to business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, capability forecasting and design for growth.
• Drive change initiatives end to end with pragmatic risk and cost balance.
• Guide leaders through performance, investigations and complex cases.
