Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) in Melbourne seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, translating business priorities into people solutions. You will help evolve People & Culture from tactical delivery to strategic partnership, using workforce data and commercial judgement.

The role balances people, risk and cost, leading workforce planning, organizational design and change initiatives, and guiding ER/IR processes.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance people, risk and cost.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people priorities to business strategy and commercial drivers.
• Lead workforce planning: forecast capability needs using data and insights to support growth.
• Drive commercial outcomes and change: lead people projects end to end with pragmatic advice.
• Manage ER/IR and build capability: guide leaders through investigations and compliant outcomes.
