Job summary

Tincone Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time HR Workforce Planner to join our team in the Mackay region. This role focuses on coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding while working with operation managers to ensure successful job execution.

You will maintain multiple job fronts according to client requirements, including training, accommodation and compliance, and liaise between workers and management while keeping employment and training records up to date.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to maintain working relationships.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task across multiple fronts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite for daily operations and record-keeping.
• Experience or transferrable skills from similar roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and maintain staff capacity, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Work closely with operation managers for successful job execution.
• Maintain multiple job fronts according to clients’ requirements, including training, accommodation and compliance.
• Liaise between workers and appropriate lines of management.
• Maintain employment and training records.
