Job summary

Tincone Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time HR Workforce Planner to join our team in the Mackay region. This role focuses on coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding while working with operation managers to ensure successful job execution.

You will maintain multiple job fronts according to client requirements, including training, accommodation and compliance, and liaise between workers and management while keeping employment and training records up to date.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to maintain working relationships.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task across multiple fronts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite for daily operations and record-keeping.
• Experience or transferrable skills from similar roles is advantageous.

To be suitable for this role:

• Referenced experienced in similar role with transferrable skills is advantageous
• Experience with mining and/or port onboarding is advantageous
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
• Good Communication skills - ability to maintain working relationships
