Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced HR professional to support two directorates in a true business partnering role. You will work closely with Executives and senior leaders to provide strategic workforce advice across change management, workforce planning and organisational development in a dynamic Australian environment.

The ideal candidate will have HRBP or Senior HR Advisor experience, strong stakeholder influence, knowledge of awards and legislation, and the ability to coach managers.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• Strong change management capability.
• Knowledge of awards, legislation and workforce planning.
• Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a large, complex organisation.

Responsabilités

• Partner directly with Directors and senior leaders.
• Lead and support change management and organisational projects.
• Coach managers on people leadership and workforce challenges.
• Assist with workforce planning, succession planning and restructures.
• Interpret awards, legislation and HR policy.
• Support engagement survey actions and workforce initiatives.
• Build effective relationships within a unionised environment.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, L&D and WHS teams.
