Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with two directorates, offering strategic workforce advice across change management, planning, succession and organisational development. You will work closely with Executives and senior leaders to shape workforce strategies in a large, complex environment.

You will partner with Directors and senior leaders, lead change initiatives, coach managers, and support workforce planning and engagement.

Qualificações

• HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
• Strong change management capability
• Knowledge of awards, legislation and workforce planning
• Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent coaching and relationship-building skills
• Experience in a large, complex organisation preferred
