This commercially minded HR professional thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on leadership and people development across a dispersed workforce in Western Australia.

Qualificações

• Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and IR frameworks.
• Experience supporting operational or project-based workforces in mining/resources/construction.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to provide HR advice across the employee life cycle.
• Lead employee relations and performance management with practical risk-based solutions.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design, succession and talent management.
• Drive engagement, retention and culture programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, instruments and policies.
• Coach leaders in people management best practices.
• Contribute to change management and business improvement initiatives.
• Analyse workforce metrics to support decision-making.
