Job summary

Peoplecorp HR Recruitment Specialists is seeking a broad P&C Business Partner in Western Sydney. You will partner with operational leaders, providing practical HR advice across the lifecycle and supporting high-volume recruitment during peak periods.

You will manage ER matters end-to-end and coach managers through complex employee relations scenarios. Strong communication and a solutions-focused approach are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid generalist P&C experience with end-to-end ER capability (grievances, performance and disciplinary matters).
• Experience coaching managers and partnering with operational leaders.
• Experience across recruitment, awards and industrial relations is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical P&C advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage ER matters end-to-end including grievances, performance and disciplinary processes.
• Support workforce planning and high-volume recruitment during peak periods.
• Contribute to P&C projects across safety, L&D, systems and process improvements.
• Assist in SAP automation and overall P&C process improvements.
• Build strong relationships across the workforce and collaborate with the wider P&C team.
