Job summary

PRP Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support Western Sydney & City East. The role focuses on genuine business partnering, building relationships and uplifting leadership capability across multiple sites.

You will coach leaders across the employee lifecycle, manage employee relations matters, and contribute to performance and remuneration discussions while fostering a safe, collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR business partnering across multi-site organisations.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and drive people initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance and remuneration processes.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide end-to-end support on employee relations matters (grievances, performance, concerns).
• Support annual performance and remuneration reviews (calibration, ratings, discussions).
• Partner on WHS, workers' compensation and return-to-work matters.
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, policies and practices.
• Support organisational change initiatives to improve engagement and culture.
• Collaborate with the broader P&C team on regional projects.
