Job summary

Corin in Sydney is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Australian business from Pymble. The role is hybrid, 3-4 days on-site, partnering with leaders to drive a positive culture and organisational growth.

You will be the primary HR partner for 75+ employees, aligning with global HR and UK-based operations while embedding best practice across the business. A strong background in ER and employment law is essential.

Qualifications

• HRBP or Senior HR Adviser with Australian context.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work, and Modern Awards.
• Experience supporting managers with complex employee relations matters.
• Experience partnering with leaders in fast-paced operational environments.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to support leadership capability and engagement.
• Provide guidance on Australian employment law and HR best practice.
• Support managers on performance, absence, development, and organisational change.
• Partner with leaders to foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Lead and support employee relations cases with fair, compliant outcomes.
• Collaborate with UK HR Ops, Payroll and Recruitment for seamless employee experience.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation.
• Maintain HR records and provide data, reporting and insights.
