Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• 4+ years’ experience in HR Generalist or HRBP role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR processes.
• Proven ability to provide trusted HR advice to managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on HR advice, employee relations and people matters.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning and staffing.
• Maintain position descriptions aligned with business needs.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding and positive employee experience.
• Support performance management, investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Manage employment contracts, role changes and conditions; support payroll and benefits.
