Job summary

Corin is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Australian operations from Pymble, Sydney. You’ll partner with leaders to drive engagement, performance and compliance across 75+ employees in a fast-growing business.

This role reports to the Global HR Director and sits within a global Centre of Excellence, collaborating with UK HR Operations, Payroll and Recruitment teams. You’ll be on-site 3-4 days a week, shaping people strategies and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Adviser.
• Experience with Australian legislation, Fair Work and Modern Awards.
• Strong advisory capabilities to managers and leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Provide guidance on legislation, awards, employee relations, and best practices.
• Support managers through performance, absence, development and change.
• Partner with leaders to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Lead employee relations cases with fair, compliant outcomes.
• Collaborate with UK HR Ops, Payroll and Recruitment teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
