Job summary

C3Talent Brisbane is seeking an experienced HR Manager/HRBP to lead the HR function across the group. You will partner with CFO and operational leaders to provide practical, value-add advice that supports people and performance.

Responsibilities include succession planning, full employee lifecycle management, employee relations, performance coaching, and data-driven workforce insights, with fortnightly site travel in Queensland.

Qualifications

• HR generalist experience and knowledge of employment legislation and awards.
• Coaching managers on sensitive people matters.
• A hands-on approach balancing daily HR with longer-term improvements.
• The ability to build trusted relationships across corporate and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify critical roles and develop succession plans; build leadership capability.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to reviews.
• Guide managers on employee relations and performance conversations.
• Coordinate performance reviews and leadership development opportunities.
• Maintain HR records and provide data-driven workforce insights to the CFO.
