Job summary

Crown Australia is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and operational HR support across Queensland, Northern Territory and South Australia branches. In this generalist role, you will partner with branch managers to deliver people-focused solutions that drive business performance and workforce capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coach leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch leaders to deliver people solutions aligned to business goals.
• Act as primary HR contact for designated branches and provide operational HR support.
• Oversee end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers to attract talent.
• Provide coaching on employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
• Support national HR initiatives and ensure consistent HR practices across branches.
• Build relationships with leadership teams to align with national strategies.
