• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant HR/IT-oriented experience with HRIS and data analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots).
• Experience in HR systems reporting, compensation processes, and project management.
