Multicultural Consulting Services Pty in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior HR Partner to lead strategic and operational people outcomes across corporate functions and Victorian infrastructure projects from a Melbourne office base.

You will partner with executives and project leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, providing commercially informed HR advice and guiding workforce planning, organisational design and mobilisations for tenders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR, IR or related discipline.
• 8+ years HR experience with senior partner/manager roles in construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, modern awards and workplace compliance.
• Experience in bid resourcing, workforce planning and project mobilisation/demobilisation.
• Ability to coach and influence executives and project directors.

The Opportunity

Lead strategic and operational people outcomes across corporate functions and Victorian infrastructure projects from a Melbourne office base. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will partner with executives and project leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline.
• At least eight years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR business partner or HR manager work in construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong Australian employment law, modern award and workplace compliance knowledge.
• Experience in bid resourcing, workforce planning and project mobilisation/demobilisation.
• Ability to coach and influence executives and project directors.
