Flinders Port Holdings is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with leaders, provide practical HR solutions, and deliver people initiatives across the business. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on partnering, collaborating with People & Brand and the wider organisation to drive performance and employee engagement.

You’ll bring substantial HR experience, strong stakeholder management, and confidence coaching leaders to navigate change and industrial relations matters.

Formación

• Experienced HR professional with ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
• Ability to coach leaders and provide practical people solutions in a complex environment.
• Sound judgement, collaboration, and professional integrity in decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted partnerships with leaders and coach them to lead their teams.
• Provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle including performance and employee relations.
• Identify and manage people risks in collaboration with HR and IR/ER specialists.
• Use workforce data and insights to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support talent, culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen capability and experience.
• Lead and contribute to people projects across the business.
