Qualifications
- Current experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner.
- 3-5 years of HR BP experience supporting diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Experience partnering with leaders within complex, evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive HR advice and support to leaders.
- Drive employee engagement, performance and talent initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations and workplace matters.
- Coach and develop leaders to enhance capability and team performance.
- Support organisational change and business transformation activities.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyse workforce data to inform business decisions.
