Michael Page is seeking an HR Business Partner to support a diverse stakeholder group from a hybrid Sydney CBD location. You will partner with senior leaders to drive engagement, performance, and talent initiatives while guiding workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of HRBP experience, strong stakeholder management, and a commercial mindset. Experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services is highly regarded.

Hybrid Work ArrangementSydney CBD location

You will currently be operating in a HR Business Partner capacity and bring approximately 3-5 year's HR BP experience supporting a diverse stakeholder group. You are commercially minded, solutions-focused, and comfortable influencing leaders while balancing both people and business priorities.We're looking for someone who has:

• Current experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner
• Approximately 3-5 years of HR BP experience
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
• Experience partnering with leaders within complex, evolving, or fast-paced environments
• Solid experience across employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to build credibility quickly
• Experience within technology, SaaS, professional services, or similarly dynamic industries will be highly regarded
• Most importantly, you'll be eager to contribute to a high-performing People & Culture function and enjoy working in an organisation where HR is viewed as a strategic partner and key driver of business success.
