Michael Page is partnering with a technology-led business in Sydney undergoing growth and transformation. This is a true HR Business Partner role with visibility to senior leaders in a global tech environment.

You will partner with leaders to drive engagement, performance and workforce planning, manage employee relations, and coach leaders through change. The role offers a hybrid working model and exposure to strategic People & Culture initiatives.

Qualifications

Profile

You will currently be operating in a HR Business Partner capacity and bring approximately 3-5 year's HR BP experience supporting a diverse stakeholder group. You are commercially minded, solutions-focused, and comfortable influencing leaders while balancing both people and business priorities.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Current experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner
  • Approximately 3-5 years of HR BP experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Experience partnering with leaders within complex, evolving, or fast-paced environments
  • Solid experience across employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to build credibility quickly
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, professional services, or similarly dynamic industries will be highly regarded
  • Most importantly, you'll be eager to contribute to a high-performing People & Culture function and enjoy working in an organisation where HR is viewed as a strategic partner and key driver of business success.
