Job summary

Glencore is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join the MIM HR Operations team in Mount Isa, Queensland. The role is residential with a 5/2 4/3 roster, offering relocation support for eligible candidates to live and work in Mount Isa.

You will partner with operational leaders to deliver high-quality HR guidance across the employee lifecycle. We seek a capable HR generalist with strong communication, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of HR policies and employment law.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally within the resources or heavy industry sector.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Confidence acting as a trusted HR resource at all levels of the organisation.
