Thiess is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join the Eva Copper Mine Project in the Cloncurry region of Queensland. You will partner with site leaders to deliver practical people solutions and support workforce mobilisation, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.

This predominantly site-based role offers a 5/2/4/3 roster with occasional Brisbane-based arrangements. You will maintain HR data, coordinate investigations and foster a safety-first, high-performance culture on

Qualifications

• Experience as HR generalist in mining, construction, or operations.
• Knowledge of employment law, enterprise agreements and HR policies.
• Ability to manage employee relations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR support to site leadership.
• Assist with workforce mobilisation, onboarding and admin.
• Support performance management, investigations and attendance matters.
• Maintain accurate HR data and reporting across systems.
