• Extensive experience in IT governance, risk management, and policy frameworks.
• Commercial acumen in software licensing, vendor contracts, and managed services.
• Ability to translate data into executive dashboards and insights.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run IT governance frameworks, policies, and decision rights.
• Develop and oversee end-to-end IT risk management framework.
• Own IT risk register and drive risk ownership across technology leaders.
• Support IT financial management and provide executive reporting on costs.
• Define, track, and deliver governance, risk, and financial metrics.
• Ensure effective governance structures and executive reporting.
