News Corp Australia is seeking a strategic leader to head the Value Management Office within the Technology, Digital and Data division. You will lead a team of five and own the entire delivery lifecycle from shaping and investment gating through to execution oversight, delivery insights, and operations.

You will provide the Senior Leadership Team with a single, trusted view of portfolio health, financials and realised benefits, driving a shift to value-based delivery across squads and practices

Formación

• Extensive background leading a VMO/PMO or large portfolio function at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record overseeing investment governance and portfolio financials.
• Experience balancing change with stability in agile environments.
• Ability translate strategy into executable delivery plans.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven mentorship of functional heads and leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle and investment gating.
• Lead and develop the four VMO Heads: portfolio, program & project delivery, delivery insights, and delivery operations.
• Own portfolio financials, capacity and cross-charging; run investment gates.
• Provide a consolidated portfolio view to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Drive shift to value management and insights.
• Set and uplift delivery standards and governance tooling across squads.
• Cost the VMO delivery and portfolio layer against target SPA FTE requirements.
• Act as change agent delivering demand in hybrid delivery models to agile ways of working.
