Dokotela is seeking a senior GP & Referral Partnerships Manager to drive referrals from general practitioners and corporate GP clinics. You will own the marketing strategy and budget, building relationships with practices, GPs, and head offices to increase awareness and utilization of Dokotela's mental health services.

You will report to the CEO, collaborate with clinical and marketing teams, and travel as needed to grow the referral network.

Competenze

• 5–10 years in business development, partnerships, sales or marketing in Australian healthcare.
• Proven track record of growing business via GPs and practice networks.
• Willing to travel interstate and hold a current driver’s licence.

• Drive referrals growth from GPs against targets and be accountable for results.
• Develop and manage marketing strategy and budget to achieve growth targets.
• Build relationships with corporate GP clinics and their head offices to drive referrals.
