Job summary

Australia Post Group is seeking a Senior Liaison Advisor to shape trusted relationships with government stakeholders and support the Post30 Strategy. You will provide strategic advice, coordinate parliamentary processes, and work closely with senior leaders to drive enterprise priorities.

The role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, navigating complex environments, and delivering high-quality briefs and communications.

Qualifications

Proven ability to build strategic relationships with government and senior leaders.
Strong commercial judgement and ability to advise on government expectations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive-level communications skills.
Experience navigating complex regulatory or stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and strengthen strategic relationships with Shareholder Departments to align with enterprise priorities.
Provide expert advice to senior leaders on government expectations, risks and requirements.
Coordinate development and quality assurance of briefs, submissions, and high-profile communications.
Manage time-sensitive requests and ensure accurate, approved information delivery.
Support parliamentary and governance processes and drive cross-business collaboration for stakeholder outcomes.
