Qualifications

• Experience in media, journalism or public relations, preferably in government or complex environments.
• Strong experience in issues and crisis management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under tight deadlines.
• Ability to provide strategic media advice and build relationships across government.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver proactive and reactive media strategies, including responses to sensitive issues.
• Prepare media statements, announcements and briefing materials.
• Monitor media and identify emerging issues, risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate media events and speaking materials for senior officials.
• Build relationships with senior executives, Ministerial Offices and stakeholders.
