• Lead and deliver strategic programs across Transport for NSW, focusing on enterprise-wide organisational effectiveness, leadership, governance and culture initiatives.
• Spearhead programs from concept through to delivery, coordinating across the enterprise and engaging leaders and stakeholders.
• Shape leadership programs, influence cultural initiatives, improve governance frameworks and enable organisation-wide change.
