Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Program Lead to drive Strategic People & Governance Programs on a fixed-term basis until June 27. Based in Sydney, this role operates within a hybrid model with 50% attendance and home base at Elizabeth St Sydney CBD.

You'll spearhead leadership development, governance improvements and organisational change across the enterprise, aligning programs from strategy to delivery and partnering with senior leaders to deliver tangible outcomes.
