Job summary

Dexus is seeking a Governance Manager to join our Legal & Governance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Governance, you will support governance projects, compliance activities, board and committee administration, and governance process improvements.

This role offers broad exposure to governance activities and collaboration with stakeholders across the business. You will bring governance, legal, or compliance experience, be highly organised, and possess

Qualifications

Experience in governance, legal, compliance, risk, or company secretariat environments.
Knowledge of governance frameworks, the Corporations Act, and ASX Principles.
Strong written communication and ability to maintain governance documentation.
Excellent organisational skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Support governance uplift initiatives and enhance governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate governance processes including reporting, delegations, complaints, and whistleblower activities.
Administer board and committee activities, including charter reviews and director induction.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure governance obligations are met across the business.
