Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for an APS5/6 Capability Analyst within a nationally significant government program, supporting governance, compliance, assurance and project activities in a fast-paced environment. Adelaide is available.

Locations include Canberra, Adelaide and Rockingham, with responsibilities spanning governance, intergovernmental agreements, audit processes, budgeting and regulatory advice.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies and procedures.
• A positive, adaptable and collaborative approach to work.
• Experience working in governance, compliance, assurance, project support or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, assurance and compliance activities across key projects
• Assist with the development of intergovernmental agreements and arrangements
• Contribute to audit and assurance processes to ensure policy compliance
• Support project budgeting, reporting and delivery activities
• Develop advice relating to legislative, policy and regulatory requirements
• Build effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
