Henning Harders (Australia) Pty Ltd seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to grow our international freight forwarding business in Perth. You will manage strategic client relationships, understand their logistics needs, and collaborate with operations and sales to deliver tailored solutions and drive revenue.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with Cargowise, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing key accounts in logistics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales and finance
Experience with freight forwarding or customer service in logistics
Proactive and capable of independent work

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Understand clients' business needs and provide solutions to meet requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities for growth and upsell products and services to clients
Provide customer reports aligned to client needs and requirements
Immediate response for resolution to queries, freight bookings/orders and enquiries
Ensure billing is completed in a timely manner
Stay updated with international shipping regulations and trade changes
