Job summary

EPL International is a leading international freight forwarder and is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to join our Sydney office. You will manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

Responsibilities include growing relationships, developing opportunities across air, sea, and warehousing, and delivering tailored solutions. Collaboration with operations and customer service teams is essential to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations/account management within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of international trade and import/export processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CargoWise software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing key clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Develop business opportunities across international freight forwarding (air, sea, customs, warehousing, logistics).
• Prepare and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve service issues proactively.
• Assist other departments and support team development as needed.
