hireQ Consulting is seeking a commercially minded analyst in Melbourne to own transport and pricing analytics that uncover value for customers and the business. You will build models, challenge assumptions, and translate insights into actions that improve margins and customer outcomes.

This insight-led role sits at the centre of commercial decision-making, working with sales, client success and leadership to shape proposals and renewals in a fast-paced freight environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical and modelling capabilities to shape commercial outcomes.
• Experience in freight, logistics or 3PL/4PL environments preferred.
• Ability to present insights to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborative partner for sales and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight distribution and pricing analysis for new, existing and extension business.
• Build robust models and supporting documentation for commercial decisions.
• Partner with sales and client-facing teams to underpin proposals.
• Contribute as subject matter expert in customer meetings and internal workshops.
• Drive margin improvement and continuous improvement initiatives across clients.
