Strait Link is looking for a Graduate Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Pricing team in Port Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for data, commercial decision-making, and problem-solving.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Pricing Manager and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to support pricing analysis, cost modelling, tenders, customer reviews, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Completed or near-completed tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Support pricing analysis for tenders, customer reviews, new business opportunities and contract renewals.
• Assist in developing and maintaining pricing models, templates and reporting tools.
• Analyse costs, volumes, margins and key operational metrics to support commercial decision-making.
• Gather, validate and interpret data from multiple business systems.
• Monitor revenue, margin and volume trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare clear and meaningful reports, insights and pricing recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support pricing governance through accurate documentation, approvals and version control.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and enhancement of pricing processes and reporting.
• Develop an understanding of logistics operations, freight services and customer pricing structures.
