Job summary

efm Logistics in Sydney is seeking a Commercial Analyst to uncover, deliver and embed commercial initiatives across the business. The role is data-driven, partnering with multiple departments to turn insights into value for customers and the bottom line.

You will model financial impacts, present findings to stakeholders, and help optimise procurement and commercial decisions in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Curious, analytical and detail oriented with ability to influence decisions.
• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Business Information Systems or Supply Chain.
• Capacity to produce high quality reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Extract, understand and manipulate data from various sources.
• Convert data into insights through analytics and modelling.
• Collaborate with departments to design commercially viable solutions.
• Present analytical projects with tangible financial impacts.
• Identify and monitor risks to realise commercial benefits.
• Support negotiations with Procurement to achieve outcomes.
• Present to stakeholders on commercial initiatives.
• Configure systems and extract data for analysis.
