Pacific Life Re is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (12 months FTC) to partner with the business and deliver high-quality financial planning, analysis, and insights across the Division. The role requires strong analytical capability, accounting judgement, and stakeholder engagement across Finance, Actuarial, and the wider business.

You will lead regular and ad-hoc analysis, support annual planning and forecasting, and contribute to portfolio oversight and finance transformation

Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 3–4 years post-qualified experience.
• Strong analytical ability and accounting judgement.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review key management information including quarterly reporting and committee reporting.
• Manage investment portfolios, treasury activities and cashflow.
• Support the annual business plan process.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support LOB initiatives.
