Job summary

Pacific Life Re is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with the business in delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis and insights across the division. You will lead regular reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders, working with Protection and Corporate Actuarial teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role covers treasury operations, cashflow management and portfolio oversight, with opportunities to influence strategy and decisions.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation preferred (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• At least 3–4 years post-qualification experience in FP&A or accounting.
• Specialist understanding of accounting and control in life insurance.
• Strong financial analysis, influencing and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review key management information including quarterly reporting.
• Manage investment portfolios, treasury activities and cashflow.
• Support the annual business plan process and forecasting.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support Line of Business.
• Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial and business stakeholders.
