Job summary

Qube is seeking a Fleet Allocator in Carrington, NSW to help move freight safely, efficiently and on schedule. You’ll work with drivers, customers and operations to ensure daily transport movements are allocated and tracked.

The role requires strong organisation, good communication and problem-solving, with experience in transport management systems. It’s a full-time position in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transport allocation, fleet scheduling, logistics coordination or similar role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and allocating daily transport movements to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring freight movements are completed on time.
• Managing driver and fleet utilisation to maximise operational efficiency.
• Liaising with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Tracking vehicle, trailer and equipment movements across the network.
• Maintaining accurate transport records and updating Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Providing drivers with job information, documentation and operational support.
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety requirements and compliance obligations.
