Job summary

News Corp Australia is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst for Technology, Digital and Data (TDD) to shape the financial narrative through analysis of performance trends and drivers. You will manage the cost base, lead strategic performance analysis, oversee budgeting, forecast, and month-end, and drive cost improvements while partnering with leadership and offshore teams.

Applicants should hold CA/CPA and 5+ years of experience, with strong communication and experience in TM1/JDE/BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CA or CPA qualification required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar finance role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business partnering and develop business cases.
• Monitor project performance and track capital expenditure.
• Lead cost-improvement initiatives to enhance profitability.
• Oversee month-end, forecast, and budgeting processes.
• Support offshore team delivery and vendor cost management.
