Job summary

News Corp Australia Sydney is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst for Technology, Digital and Data (TDD) to shape financial performance and drive cost improvements. You will analyze trends, explain variances, and provide insights to the TDD Leadership team while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and capex matters in a complex, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting with CA/CPA資格.
• 5+ years in a similar role with cost management experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Hands-on use of TM1, JDE and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide business partnering support and develop business cases.
• Analyse performance trends, explain variances and communicate insights to leadership.
• Oversee cost base management and lead cost-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project performance and track capex and non-financial metrics.
• Support month-end, forecast and budgeting processes, including salaries and capex.
• Review offshore team performance and ensure accurate monthly reporting.
