The role combines hands-on management with strategic oversight, driving budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and continuous improvement while supporting governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support business planning.
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Identify and implement best-practice processes, efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor finance team members to build capability and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and proactively resolve concerns and issues.
• Support governance, audit and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and operational success of the practice.
