Job summary

Green Light Australia is seeking Finance Business Partners or Finance Managers with extensive FP&A and operations experience in Melbourne. You will partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance, lead budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insightful analyses to influence key decisions.

You will develop and maintain advanced financial models, monitor P&L, and drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting systems.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Finance Business Partnering or FB&A leadership.
Proven ability to partner with executive and senior leaders.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives to provide strategic financial advice and decision support.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
Deliver accurate forecasts and performance analyses to drive outcomes.
Develop commercial insights from financial and operational data.
Translate financial data into clear business recommendations for stakeholders.
Develop advanced financial models, scenario analyses and business cases.
Monitor P&L performance including revenue, margins and costs.
Lead executive-level financial reporting and presentations.
Coach and develop Finance team members to build capability.
