Job summary

DFP is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the CFO, lead a finance team and shape the business through commercial insight and robust financial management. Based in Melbourne's CBD with hybrid work, you will oversee month-end, reporting, and controls while driving efficiency and automation.

You should be a CA/CPA with 8–10 years in management accounting, capable of developing people and delivering meaningful analytics and Power BI dashboards to support commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of management accounting experience
• Experience leading a finance team
• Strong commercial judgement and curiosity
• Proven track record of improving processes
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills
• Interest in automation and smarter ways of working
