Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our finance leadership team in Australia. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role acts as second-in-command within finance, guiding complex accounting matters and strategic transformation initiatives.

You will lead a capable accounting team, own financial reporting, statutory compliance and audits, and drive governance and continuous improvement across the Group.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Experience in a Finance Manager/Financial Controller or similar leadership role.
• Strong accounting technical skills including statutory reporting and audit.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Experience in a complex, multi-entity organisation.
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting across the Group.
• Lead monthly Board reporting with clear, insightful analysis.
• Manage statutory reporting, annual financial statements and audits.
• Strengthen controls, balance sheet governance and compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver financial insights for decisions.
• Drive finance-related transformation, process improvement and system optimisation.
• Standardise financial processes and enhance reporting across the Group.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement and professional development.
