Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the finance leadership team in Australia. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role acts as second-in-command within finance, overseeing reporting, compliance and audit, and driving transformation initiatives across the Group.

• CA or CPA qualification
• Experience in Finance Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong accounting & statutory reporting expertise
• Proven people leadership in multi-entity organisations
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive approach to process improvement and change

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team (two Financial Accountants, one Senior Accountant).
• Oversee month-end close and Group financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly Board reporting with insightful analysis.
• Manage statutory reporting, annual financial statements and audits.
• Strengthen controls, balance sheet governance and accounting compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights for decisions.
• Lead finance transformation, process improvements and automation.
• Standardise processes and enhance reporting across the Group.
• Foster accountability and professional development within the team.
