CAAPS Aboriginal Corporation in Darwin is seeking a Family and Community Services Manager (FCSM) to lead strategic and operational delivery across family, community and child services. You will ensure culturally safe practice, financial sustainability and funding compliance while guiding growth and organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Human Services, Community Services, Social Sciences, Management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience (min. 5 years preferred) in leadership and management of community, family, child, youth or social service programs in not-for-profit/Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams, including workforce planning and staff development.
• Demonstrated success in delivering operational outcomes and managing competing priorities in complex service delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of social, cultural and health determinants affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and commitment to culturally safe service delivery.
• Proven financial management skills including budget development, monitoring, forecasting and resource management.
• Knowledge of legislative and funding compliance frameworks relevant to community services/child and family services/ACCOs.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
