Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific Adelaide is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to step into a well-run industrial portfolio. You will own day-to-day hard and soft services and manage relationships with contractors and occupants to sustain high-quality service delivery.

This site-based role offers WFH flexibility, immediate start, and potential for ongoing scope beyond the initial term. You are a proactive communicator with 5+ years FM experience and strong compliance and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management with industrial/commercial assets.
• Strong contractor management and relationship skills.
• Knowledge of WHS and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders including executives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium industrial portfolio.
• Manage contractors and service providers, keeping performance and relationships in good shape.
• Be the face of FM for building occupants and ownership, handling issues before they become problems.
• Keep compliance, WHS, and risk management tight.
• Own the financials, including budget management, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
