NAB is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Risk Officer and two Executives, enabling effective day-to-day operations and strategic priorities. You will manage complex diaries, travel, and communications, acting as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering executive support in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and professional communication.
High attention to detail and discretion handling confidential matters.
Proactive mindset with ability to identify issues and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality executive and administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer and two Executives.
Proactively manage complex diaries, meetings and travel with professionalism.
Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate high-quality correspondence, presentations and leadership materials.
Manage financial processes, systems and documentation with accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate team operations, communications and events to ensure a seamless experience.
Handle enquiries with sound judgement and provide timely resolutions.
Support onboarding, training and key initiatives within the team.
